Are you an unpaid carer looking for support, connection and a friendly space to talk?
A new local carers support group launches on Wednesday 4th March from 3pm - 5pm offering a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can share experiences, meet other carers, take time for yourself and access support and information.
The group will meet every other month, tea and coffee are provided.
